This year’s blend features coffee from farmers in some of the world's most revered coffee-producing countries: Ethiopia, Kenya, and Colombia. While each coffee is exceptional in its own right, the combination of East African and Colombian terroir yields an uplifting profile layered with ripe cherry, juicy orange, and vibrant lime zest. Medium roast, whole bean coffee How To Brew: We recommend starting with a 1:18 coffee-to-water ratio to maximize flavor. For our blends, we recommend either a pour-over or an automatic drip brewer. We recommend a grind particle size comparable to Morton Coarse Kosher Salt. Brew ratio: Use 18 milliliters (ml) of water per 1 gram of coffee.
