Roast Type: Medium- (a few seconds before the end of first crack) Our very popular espresso that we serve in our coffee house. The idea behind this blend is to combine the floral, fruity, and black tea notes, with a honey sweet finish. This combination achieves a rich, golden colored espresso crema, that makes for fantastic latte art. Our Blossom Blend includes two different processed beans from Ethiopia, and a natural processed coffee normally from central or south America that adds a gentle fermentation when together, combined to make a smooth and balanced experience.
